My Experience

After Moraine State Park, I decided to head to a state park 15 minutes away before heading home. My planned trail was Alpha Pass but once I reached the parking lot it was packed!

I parked somewhere nearby where the Alpha Pass connects. I got out and noticed stairs leading down to the trail. Imagine: Cuyahoga Valley National Park meets Nelson Kennedy Ledges. There were plenty of ledges and this trail went right along a calm river.

Unlike Moraine, this place was jamming with people. I was saying ‘excuse me’ left and right.

Although I was only here for a short time, this state park ranks high on my list of most adventurous. There is a lot to do and I would recommend checking out their website here.
