Intro
This trail with many photo op’s is through the Metro Park system. Bella, what do you mean by photo op’s? I’m talking about sitting on an overturned tree or even in front of the water or the outlook (Sophia and I took photos at all of these spots.
The area is beautiful with lots of places off the trail to take photos.
Hike
This article’s going to be short and easy like this trail. Sophia and I spontaneously did this loop after the trail we wanted to hike was closed. We had no idea what the Oxbow Trail was. This was an easy 1.6 mile loop. It was mostly flat. Most of our time was taking photos lol. We had lots of fun climbing on the tree to take many fun photos.
The overlook was definitely worth the climbing up the hill to get to. We stayed there for at least 10 minutes admiring the view. Stunning!
