Nervous Dog-Stow

  • Drink Tried: Bonfire Mocha

SIDE NOTE: In the winter time I went here with my friend Sophia and we both got hot chocolate. It was good

But skip to now. I’m here on business for reviewing and the Drip Drive lol. There were a lot of people there (about 10 but in this shop it’s considered crowded because it’s that small). The staff was friendly and there was a trainee, too. This coffee shop has a drive thru and that’s what she was training on.

I got a Bonfire Mocha. It had mocha (duh), cinnamon, and marshmallow (6.5/10). The cinnamon was really overpowering and not much other taste. To me, it was cinnamon milk. Once I mixed it (because I was dumb and didn’t) I got more mocha taste but still the cinnamon taste was overpowering. Hopefully the other Nervous Dog’s will be better.

On a whim I decided to head to the ND in Akron before court. It was a nice drive there tbh with the sunny weather and all. Once I entered, I observed how more spacious it is than the one in Stow and immediately loved the interior. I loved one specific piece of decor and that was of the dogs.

The cashier was super helpful in describing the drinks and when describing the Monkey Dog Frappe he sounded like he loved it so I went for it (even though I never really get Frappe’s anymore). The Monkey Dog consisted of dark chocolate and banana. It was oh so good. Both flavors mixed in so well that neither was overpowering the other.

While I was waiting for my drink I sat down and enjoyed the calm/relaxing atmosphere of the place. This was one you could go to and work on your computer, read, or whatnot unlike Stow’s where it felt tight.

I absolutely loved this Nervous Dog and hopefully will go to the other locations soon.
