On a whim, I decided to head to Porchlight on my way home for voting. It was also another stamp on my Drip Drive card. I parked and headed in. It was packed! There have had to been at least 20 people there.
I looked at the menu and saw they had a lavender latte and thought I’d give it a try. The owner Daniel was there and he was very kind as was the woman who took my order.
The interior was a modern feel. It was definitely a place I could sit and have a conversation in. There is a back room too but I didn’t go in it.
Porchlight offers many drink and food options such as avocado toast and a breakfast platter. I did like that they have a vast selection and aren’t just limited to drinks.
I was served my drink and took a sip. The lavender taste was pungent but in a good way. It wasn’t overpowering but you had to sip it or you’d get too much. I hope to go back in the summer and get a food item!
